User Content (VERY IMPORTANT FOR APP STORES)

However, by posting, you grant Connect Giant a:

• Non-exclusive
• Royalty-free
• Transferable license
To:
• Host, display, distribute, and promote your content
• Improve and operate the platform
Content Guidelines
You agree NOT to post:
• Illegal content
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Nudity or explicit content
• Misleading or fraudulent content
• Copyright-infringing material
We reserve the right to:
• Remove content
• Restrict accounts
• Report illegal activity
AI Features
Connect Giant uses AI to:
• Match users
• Recommend content
• Tag and categorize videos
• Moderate content
AI outputs are automated and may not always be accurate.
Data Use & Monetization
By using the app, you acknowledge:
• We may analyze user behavior and interactions
• Data may be aggregated and anonymized
• Insights may be used for analytics, research, and commercial purposes
We do NOT sell personally identifiable information without consent.
Safety & Interactions
You are responsible for your interactions with others.
We do not guarantee:
• Accuracy of user content
• Identity of users
• Outcomes of connections
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Create risk or legal exposure
You may delete your account at any time.
Intellectual Property
All platform elements (excluding user content) belong to Connect Giant:

• Software

• Features
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for damages from use of the app
